Led by Kentucky resident and art collector, Lawrence Pemble, we are an informal group of people who share the desire to enrich Lexington’s cultural life by creating a new cultural venture.
Over the next year we anticipate formalizing our endeavor with a steering committee of advisors and a Board of Directors.

Drawing on the rich history of local vernacular architectural forms and materials, the project focuses on authenticity, creating an architecturally dramatic yet flexible multi-use facility with spaces for exhibitions, creative projects, education, community use, and performance, with generous social and gathering spaces throughout.
